Scheduled Hot Water Disruption

Dear Alexander Lombard Tower Residents,

Due to a recent water leak within the buildings hot water plumbing network, critical plumbing repairs are required for the continued operation of this utility.

For the repairs to proceed, the buildings centralised hot water plant and the recirculation hot water loop will be shut down on:

Monday, 3rd May 2021 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

There will be no supply of hot water to residences during the repair process.

We apologise for the inconvenience this disruption may cause.
