Maurice, Saskia and Rick Yardley are the proud Management Right Operators at the Alexander Lombard Tower & Sienna Apartments for 9 consecutive years.

ALT & Sienna On-Site Management are the Exclusive on-site Managers whom conduct and warrant the ongoing day to day operations within the building complex (i.e. cleaning and general maintenance of Common Property). We also have the Exclusive Rights from the Owners Corporation to conduct the business of a Letting & Sales Agent from the ALT reception. As a licensed Real Estate Agent, we operate a Letting Service on-site to offer Investors the confidence that there is someone on-site that can provide personal assistance, whether it is details on the complex, or on the local services and activities.

Our Building Managers and Letting Agents at ALT & Sienna On-Site Management reside at the complex which means we are usually the first to be aware of any disruption, damage or security concerns occurring on site – effectively putting them in the best position to take action efficiently. The Resident Manager has an obvious interest in the buildings’ presentation as it will influence the ability to market the facility in which they are also an investor and pro-active resident manager.

What does this mean? Having your apartment and complex managed under the one entity (ALT & Sienna On-Site Management) promotes long-term success, value and smooth operation of the building. We are also financially vested within the Scheme which provides our Lot Owners the confidence your apartment and building is managed as if it is our own.
