Our Caretakers administer the Owners Corporation Rules to ensure all parties adhere to the relevant rules that apply to living or visiting the complex. The Owners Corporation set out the rights and obligations of all parties involved within the building and have been created to govern a cohesive living environment.


We complete regular travel paths of the complex and report damages or repairs required to the Owners Corporation for attention. Our Caretaking Team supervise all maintenance contractors on-site to ensure the prescribed work is of a satisfactory standard. In the event of an emergency repair, our Caretaking Team are on-site which means we are usually the first to be aware of any maintenance disruption on site – effectively putting the Caretaker in the best position to take action efficiently with the Owners Corporation.


The Caretaker supervises contractors appointed by the Owners Corporation to verify the prescribed maintenance works have been completed. The verification of repairs and maintenance is a vital role for the Owners Corporation to warrant the building is fit for purpose and the work has in actual fact been completed.


We take care in presenting your complex to reach the highest possible standard. Our Caretaking services ensure your building's shared amenities and facilities are visibly immaculate and aesthetically pleasing to residents and visitors. Our goal is to care and service your buildings to protect and maintain your home or investment.
