Our Building Managers supervise all specialist maintenance contractors on-site to ensure that the work is of a satisfactory standard. In the event of an emergency repair, our Building Managers are on-site which means we are usually the first to be aware of any maintenance disruption on site – effectively putting the Building Manager in the best position to take action efficiently.


The Building Managers supervise contractors appointed by the Owners Corporation to verify the prescribed maintenance works have been completed. The verification of repairs and maintenance is a vital role for the Owners Corporation to warrant the building is fit for purpose and the work has in actual fact been completed.
