Scheduled Window Cleaning

Dear  ALT Residents,

Re: Scheduled 6 Monthly Window Cleaning Works

Routine cleaning of all inaccessible exterior windows is scheduled on:

START:        Monday, 26th September 2022

FINISH:          Friday, 7th October 2022

Abseilers will be cleaning all inaccessible windows via rope access. Cleaning will take place on weekdays from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. This activity is weather permitting and abseilers may not be present on some days.

Guidelines & Recommendations for Residents:

  1. Close and latch your apartment windows during cleaning times;
  2. Do not interfere or tamper with the abseiling ropes;
  3. Refrain from using your balcony/terrace during cleaning times (i.e. drop hazards); and
  4. Close your blinds or curtains for privacy.

If there is an issue with the standard of cleaning of your apartment window (exterior only), please report your case enclosing a photograph to: reception@altsienna.com.au
