RE: SCHEDULED AC PLANT SHUTDOWN

The building’s Central Heating and Cooling Plant will be temporarily shut down on
Thursday, 20th October 2022 between the hours of 8:00AM to 3:00PM to complete routine maintenance.

Your apartment’s air conditioning system will be non-operational during this period, please do not be concerned if your controller displays an error code, for example:

If your controller displays an error code after 3:00PM, please follow the below troubleshooting procedure:

Step 1:

• reset your AC unit by switching OFF the AC’s electrical safety switch on your apartment’s electrical switch board, switch off for approximately 10 seconds

Step 2:

• turn safety switch back ON. System reset and error code will disappear.

Lot Owners are reminded that the buildings common plant and equipment is maintained by the Owners Corporation, the AC unit within your respective Lot is the responsibility of that Lot Owner to maintain, not the Owners Corporation. Please arrange scheduled servicing of your unit by a Licensed Service Contractor. Renters, please raise any AC issues with your Rental Agent or Rental Provider.
