Scheduled AC Disruption
Dear ALT Residents,
The building’s Central Heating and Cooling Plant will be temporarily shut down on Wednesday, 10th November 2021 from 7:00AM to 4:30PM to complete routine maintenance.
Your apartment’s Air Conditioning System will be unavailable for use during this time. Please do not be concerned if your AC controller displays an error code during this time, for example:
If your controller displays an error code after 3:00PM, please follow the below troubleshooting procedure:
Step 1: reset your AC unit by switching OFF the AC’s electrical safety switch on your apartment’s electrical switch board for approximately 10 seconds.
Step 2: turn safety switch back ON. Error code will disappear.
Lot Owners are reminded that the buildings centralised utility services and equipment is maintained by the Owners Corporation, the AC unit within your respective Lot is the responsibility of that Lot Owner to maintain, not the Owners Corporation. Please arrange scheduled servicing of your unit by a Licensed Service Contractor. Renters, please raise any AC issues with your Rental Agent/Provider.
