Scheduled AC Disruption

Monday 12 April

Dear ALT Residents,

The building’s Central Heating and Cooling Plant will be temporarily shut down on
Wednesday, 14th April 2021 from 9:00AM to 3:00PM to complete routine repairs and maintenance.
Your apartment’s Air Conditioning System will be unavailable for use during this time. Please do not be concerned if your AC controller displays an error code during this time, for example:

If your AC controller displays an error code after 3:00PM. Please complete the below troubleshooting procedure:

  • Step 1: reset your unit by switching OFF the AC’s electrical safety switch on your central
    electrical switch board, for approximately 10 seconds.
  • Step 2: turn electrical safety switch back ON.
  • Step 3: turn your AC unit ON and select desired mode.

If you controller shows an error code after troubleshooting, please contact Building Management at reception immediately so a technician can attend to the issue whilst on-site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Owners are reminded that their personal AC unit is the Lot Owners responsibility to maintain, not the Owners Corporation. Please arrange scheduled servicing of your unit, independently.
