RE: Update – Intercom & Handset Upgrade
Further to the message on 30th August 2021, the works have been delayed due to current COVID-19 restrictions. If your intercom doesn’t work and you have called Emergency Services to attend your apartment, and you are unable to get to the entry to allow them access, please contact either Reception on (03) 9376 7555; AH Bellrock on-site security on 1800 273 732 (between the hours of 10PM to 4AM) or ALT & Sienna after-hours support on 1300 891 210.

RE: Update – Intercom & Handset Upgrade
In relation to the scheduled intercom and handset upgrade, the Owners Corporation have been provided the following tentative installation/upgrade dates:
Alexander Lombard Tower:
Monday, 11th October to Friday, 15th October 2021.
Sienna Apartments:
Monday, 18th October to Thursday, 21st October 2021.
The Owners Corporation Managers (MICM Property) will issue a notice in due course enclosing instructions on how to book your replacement handset unit.
