Scheduled AC Disruption

Tuesday 17 November

Dear ALT Residents,

The building’s Central Heating and Cooling Plant will be temporarily shut down on Friday, 20th November 2020 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM to complete repairs and maintenance.

Your apartment’s Temperzone Air Conditioning System will be unavailable for use during this time. Please do not be concerned if your Temperzone controller displays an error code.

If your Temperzone controller displays an error code after 4:00PM, please follow the below troubleshooting procedure:

Step 1: reset your AC unit by switching OFF the AC’s electrical safety switch on your electrical switch board for approximately 10 seconds.
Step 2: turn safety switch back ON.
Step 3: turn your Temperzone unit ON and select desired mode.

If the troubleshooting procedure is unsuccessful, please see concierge for further information.

Owners are reminded that their personal AC unit is the responsibility of the Lot Owner to repair and maintain, not the Owners Corporation. Please arrange scheduled servicing of your unit independently.
