Servicing of air conditioning systems plays an integral part in prolonging its lifespan and preventing breakdowns. Maintenance also improves the effectiveness and efficiency of a system and in turn, lowers your Electricity cost spent on cooling or heating for a home.
Technicians recommend that AC units located inside the apartments are serviced at least once a year if not every 6 months. These preventative measures are advised to avoid any major damages or malfunctions to the systems.
This November 2019, to assist apartment owners with maintenance and upkeep, ALT & Sienna On-Site Management are arranging an annual AC service. This service will be carried out over 2 weeks in the ALT & Sienna Complex, with a 30 min time slot allocated for each apartment.
Owners interested in availing this service can do so by booking this service now at an extremely affordable rate of only a $100.00 (plus GST) per apartment.
Air Conditioning Service for each system varies slightly depending on the prevalent issues in the system, however, all annual services are consistent with the following tasks:
Building Management ensures that the AC units located in the common property of ALT & Sienna Complex are maintained at a consistent and reliable standard. It is the Owner’s prerogative to service the air conditioning systems located within their apartments.
Date: Wednesday, 6th November 2019 to Tuesday, 19th November 2019
Time: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm ( All Weekdays)
Rate: $100.00 (plus GST) per apartment
Note: Bookings will only be scheduled between the provided booking period. Specific date and time bookings will not be scheduled by the Management. Bookings will be finalised between the attending technician and the property owner independently. All bookings and payments must be completed before the 30th of October 2019.
Access into Apartment – Access into the property will be independently arranged between the owner of the property and the technician. ALT & Sienna On-Site Management does hold spare keys for externally managed or owned properties.
Access into AC Cavity – On the day of the service, kindly ensure that all items from the top shelf of your wardrobe located in both rooms are removed for AC cavity access.
Please ensure there is adequate access to complete the entire service. A service charge will still be invoiced if clear access inst made available by the apartment occupier. Technicians will not be responsible for moving of equipment or materials left by the resident to gain access to air conditioning systems.

YAS technicians have been providing routine and emergency maintenance services for ALT & Sienna aircon systems for more than 4 years. From central plant equipment including Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, AHU’s and associated equipment. YAS technicians are also fully trained and set up for fault finding on VRF, multi-head and single head split systems in all sizes and brands.
These technicians are familiar with the building and apartment aircon equipment and as such are a recommended service provider by ALT & Sienna On-Site Management.
