SIENNA Parking Information

Vehicle Parking Allocation

At Sienna Apartments, every apartment is allocated (1) one car space – all car spaces are numbered accordingly to match your Apartment Number. Please always use your allocated car space to avoid being towed by another Lot Owner. For assistance locating your car space, please see reception.

The Caretaker and the Owners Corporation are not responsible for any damage sustained to the residents’ vehicles while entering or leaving the car park, or the theft of any vehicle or personal Property while parked in the resident parking areas.

Important: Individual car spaces denoted with an apartment number constitute Private Property; the Lot Owner or Occupant have the legal right to remove offending vehicles.

Vehicle Washing

There are no car washing facilities on site and washing of cars inside the car park is not permitted.

Important: Do NOT use the fire hose reels to wash a vehicle or personal Property; using a fire hose reel will notify the buildings Fire Indicator Panel and engage the Melbourne Fire Brigade. Charges for the brigades and fire contractor’s attendance will be billed to the Owner or Occupier.

Visitor Parking

Visitor car parking is located in the Basement for building visitors, only. Residents are not to use the visitor’s car park for permanent parking of their secondary vehicles.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Your car space is located on Title, which means the responsibility/maintenance of a car Lot remains with the Owner or Occupier of the Lot.

It is essential that the Resident of the Lot maintains their car space in a clean and tidy condition and ensures their vehicle does not leak oil onto the car space or Common Property. This exposes a slip hazard risk on your property for pedestrians in the car park. Refer to Owners Corporation Rules for further information.

Important: Do not use your car space for storage of furniture, flammable oils, and liquids. Refer to Owners Corporation Rules for further information.

Towing

The Owners Corporation has engaged Anytime Towing to provide their services for the removal of illegally parked cards within the Complex. Any vehicle parked illegally on Common Property, or in private car spaces, has the potential of being towed without notice, and fees and charges will apply.

If your vehicle has been towed away: Please phone Anytime Towing on 0409 982 860 to discuss the fees involved to have your vehicle returned.

Bicycles

Residents’ bicycles are to be stored in the bicycles rack in your allocated car space. Residents should be aware that the Owners Corporation Rules specifically prohibit the storage of bikes in any non-designated Common areas.

Important: Bicycles are not permitted to enter the building and must not be transported in the Common Area corridors.

Car Park Maps

Renting Car Spaces

Residents not using their lot are permitted to rent their parking to other residents in the building. Residents are also encouraged to post parking lot availabilities on the Community Noticeboard to enable faster, more direct exchange between Building Residents.

The responsibility/maintenance of a car lot remains with the legal Resident of the lot. ALT & Sienna On-Site Management or the Owners Corporation do not assist or partake in any private rental matters amongst the residents and/or any disputes regarding the parking arrangements in the building.
