Owners Corporation Rules
Owners Corporation Rules are a set of “rules” that the Owners and tenants in a strata scheme must follow. They set out the rights and obligations of all parties involved within the building and have been created to govern a cohesive living environment. They can be amended, and new rules can be introduced, by the Owners Corporation. All Owners Corporations (buildings) have rules for the control, management, use or enjoyment of common property and lots.
Alexander Lombard Tower and Sienna Apartments Rules are made under the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and registered with the Land Use Victoria. These Rules apply to:
- the owners corporation
- lot owners
- Rental Providers and Renters
All lot owners and tenants must be given a copy of the rules before they move in. If you have not been provided a copy, please see reception for a printed copy or download your building Owners Corporation Rules below.
