Urgent Building Plumbing Repairs

Dear ALT and Sienna Apartments Residents,

Due to urgent plumbing repairs required on the hot and cold water network, these repairs have been scheduled for Wednesday, 22nd July 2020 and there will be some disruptions to your water supply from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

Scheduled Disruptions:

Alexander Lombard Tower
Level 12 – no hot water

Sienna Apartments
Entire building water supply – isolation of hot and cold water

As these leaks have suddenly sprung on us, reactive maintenance and repairs are required to return the hot and cold water system to normal operation. We apologise for the short notice provided to all our residents.
