Scheduled Repairs to Exterior Rain Panels

Dear ALT Residents,

Please be advised that abseilers will be attending site on:

Monday, 10th August  to Friday, 14th August 2020 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

The abseilers will be completing essential maintenance on the exterior of the buildings rain panels. Please note there may be some intermittent noise disruptions (i.e. drilling) when the works are completed outside your apartment window. To warrant your privacy, please close your blinds.It is important that all residents are aware ‘abseilers’ access the exterior facades of the building via rope access. If you see a rope outside your window, do not tamper with the rope.
