Scheduled AC Disruption

Thursday 16 July

Dear ALT Residents,

Our Central Heating and Cooling Plant will be temporarily shut down on Thursday, 23rd July 2020 from 9:00AM to 2:00PM to complete programmed maintenance.

Your apartments air conditioning system for heating and cooling will be non-operable during this period. Please do not be alarmed if your controller displays an error code. For example:

 

If your controller is displaying an error code after 2:00PM. Please follow the troubleshooting procedure and reset your air conditioning unit by turning off the main switch (located at your switch board) for approximately 10 seconds. Should this troubleshoot not work please make the Building Management Team aware at reception.
