Scheduled AC Disruption

Dear ALT Residents,

Our Central Heating and Cooling Plant will be temporarily shut down on Friday, 8th May 2020 from 9:00AM to 1:00PM to repair faults identified in the recent quarterly preventative maintenance.

Your apartments air conditioning system will be non-operable during this period. Please do not be alarmed if your controller displays an error code.

If your controller is displaying an error code after 1:00PM. Please troubleshoot and reset your air conditioning unit by turning off the main switch (located at your switch board) for approximately 10 seconds. Should this troubleshoot not work please make the Building Management Team aware at reception.
