Message from Building Management
Cleaning of Common Areas
Routine environmental cleaning and disinfection is carried out in all communal areas and on frequently touched surfaces.
Health & Hygiene
We encourage residents to practice good hygiene and wash their hands where before and after using the communal areas. If soap and water are not readily available, there are hand sanitiser dispensers available in the lift lobbies on each residential level and main entrances points to the building which contains at least 60% alcohol. The best defence against most viruses including COVID-19 is practising good hygiene.
When using the buildings communal areas, we encourage residents to:
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water
Cover and wear a face mask
Avoid contact with other residents if you are unwell, and maintain social distancing
Delivery Drivers & Visitors
In order to minimise the number of non-residents entering the building, residents who are receiving deliveries of goods, including groceries, home delivered food, or any other package, are encouraged to pick up the package from the ground floor entry, unless they are under directions to self-isolate or quarantine at home.
Residents are reminded that under current stay at home restrictions, residents cannot have any visitors in their home, unless it is to deliver care or essential services.
