Due to the number of residents moving in/out of the building over the years. Current residents may notice there are a considerable number of abandoned bicycles occupying the bike racks. Residents are finding it harder to find a rack to store their bicycles and the storage racks are becoming unsightly. Due to the number of residents residing in ALT, Building Management will be conducting a clean-up program in effort to remove abandoned bicycles, so all Residents have the freedom to secure and park their bicycles on the racks available on their car park levels.
The clean-up process will commence using a ‘Bicycle Registration’ program. All Residents ARE required to register their bicycles before the registration deadline date and time. If bicycles are NOT registered by its Owner before the deadline; locks will be cut, and the bicycle will be removed and disposed of accordingly.

When Reception have processed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Reception will provide you a red arm band with your rego number written on it and place in your mailbox one your registration is approved. You MUST place this band on your bicycle’s frame where it cannot be removed. It is essential you install the arm band before the scheduled date of removal to ensure your bicycle is not removed on the scheduled date of removal. Management will remove bicycles without a rego.
The Owners Corporation PS539033E-5 and Building Management are not accountable for disposed bicycles that are not registered by its Proprietor.
