Scheduled AC Disruption

Thursday 22 October

Dear ALT Residents,

The building’s Central Heating and Cooling Plant will be temporarily shut down on Tuesday, 27th October 2020 from 9:00AM to 12:00PM to complete routine programmed maintenance.

Your apartment’s Temperzone air conditioning system will be unavailable for use during this time. Please do not be concerned if your Temperzone controller displays an error code, for example:

If your Temperzone controller displays an error code after 12:00PM. Please complete the below troubleshooting procedure:

  • Step 1: reset your unit by switching OFF the AC’s electrical safety switch on your central
    electrical switch board, for approximately 10 seconds.
  • Step 2: turn electrical safety switch back ON.
  • Step 3: turn your Temperzone unit ON and select desired mode.

If you controller shows an error code after troubleshooting, please contact Building Management at reception immediately so a technician can attend to the issue whilst on-site. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Owners are reminded that the maintenance and repairs of their apartment’s AC unit are the responsibility of the Owner. Please arrange maintenance independently.
