Site COVID-19 Alert
Dear Alexander Lombard Tower & Sienna Apartment Residents,
RE: COVID-19 Site Update
Please see the below update provided by the Owners Corporation (MICM):
To all residents,
To our knowledge, there have been no current COVID-19 cases identified in the building at this stage.
The notice on Friday was just to inform you that the contractor (plumber) who had attended the building had symptoms on, and tested positive, on Wednesday 15th September, but at this stage we have not been informed of any cases in the building.
The building is not in lockdown.
If any further advice is received from the Department of Health, it will be communicated to all residents at that time.
Dear Alexander Lombard Tower & Sienna Apartments Residents,
RE: Site Exposure to COVID-19
From the Owners Corporation (link to official notice below):
We have today been advised that a contractor has tested positive to COVID-19.
This contractor attended site on Thursday 9 September and Tuesday 14 September and accessed common areas of the building. He tested positive on Thursday 16 September.
We expect to receive official advice from the Department of Health in the coming days, however, as a precaution we suggest all residents get tested and isolate until you have your results.
A deep clean is under way of the common areas where they were accessed.
Please note, that this is not official advice from the Department of Health, given current case numbers we expect them to be running a little behind.
Should you have any questions, please contact the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398
