Dear Sienna Apartments Residents,

Re: Scheduled Annual Window Cleaning Works

Programmed cleaning of all exterior windows is scheduled on:

Thursday, 10th March 2022

Abseilers will be cleaning all inaccessible windows via rope access. Cleaning will take place from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Guidelines for residents:

 Close your apartment window/s during active cleaning times;

  1. Do not interfere or tamper with the abseiling ropes;
  2. Refrain from using your balcony/terrace during active cleaning times (i.e. drop hazards); and
  3. Close your blinds or curtains for privacy.

If there is an issue with the standard of cleaning of your balustrades and/or window (exterior only), please report your case enclosing a photograph to: reception@altsienna.com.au
