New Parcel Delivery Policy

Dear Alexander Lombard Tower & Sienna Apartment Residents,

Couriers are currently leaving parcels unattended in the mailroom and foyer, and this has resulted in theft of parcels.

As of the 1st August 2021, the Owners Corporation will not permit Australia Post and couriers to leave a parcel on Common Property if the recipient is not physically present to receive them.

To protect you from having your parcel stolen, the building Caretaking Team will be actively preventing Australia Post and all couriers from leaving parcels in the mail room or in the foyer. Even if the courier claims to have authority to leave in a safe place, the mail room or foyer is not a safe place, as we have had several reports of the theft of parcels.

Please do not give authority to leave for any deliveries unless you will be at home to physically receive the parcel.
