Your Building Management Team has On-Site Building Managers to ensure the ALT & Sienna Apartments maintenance is being carried out and the Common Area’s are maintained to their best condition by the Residents. Please contact 03 9376 7555 or emailĀ if you have any questions or requests.

The Travancore on the Park complex has Security Services everyday from 10:00PM to 4:00AM carried out by Citywatch Security. If you seeĀ suspicious activity or require Security in relation to an apartment noise complaint. Please call 0488 100 143 and you will be in contact with the on-site Security Guard.
